Residential
We offer residential services to our neighbors in Cooperstown, NY and surrounding areas. Interior and exterior small-to-medium projects are our specialty.
Some of the coolest projects we’ve completed include: high-end furniture repair, radiant heat installation, historic house resto-mod, and a complete kitchen renovation.

Theatrical Scenery
We work with schools and local theaters to deliver theatrical scenery. Simone has a BS degree in Theatrical Design & Technology and 10+ years experience in this niche field.
Simone has worked on countless theatrical scenery projects over the years. Some of his favorites include: Rocky Horror Picture Show, Cabaret, Wizard of Oz, and Xanadu.

Client Custom Projects
Sometimes our clients come to us needing an extra special solution that they just can’t find anywhere. We offer client custom projects when they’re a good fit.
Two of our favorite client custom projects include: the design and build of a tiny house (currently being used as an income property) and a classic car restoration.
